Excellence achieved in every aspect of our stay! From the first contact I had with this amazing establishment, booking with Chris, through to the warm welcome we received from Magda on check-in, and throughout our stay with this truly outstanding family-run business, we were incredibly impressed. They have the balance between being warm, friendly and inviting, and professional with high-quality accommodation, exactly right. We arrived as first-time guests, but felt more like valued friends within minutes. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; high quality fixtures and fittings, comfortable furnishings and absolutely everything thought of by Chris and Magda. It truly felt like home from home. Breakfast was superb- plentiful, fresh and every taste catered for. The family were always available to chat with us and the table service from Chris, combined with the culinary expertise of Magda, meant the day started well and we were fully prepared for a day of Newquay adventures with appetites sated. (Honestly, we skipped lunch because we had been so well fed!) A phrase that is sometimes over-used, but in this instance wholly appropriate, is 'Nothing was too much trouble ', Chris and Magda checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was as we wished, and assured us that they welcome feedback and any observations. We have nothing but praise to give. It was our first time staying at The Lyncroft, but it will definitely not be our last. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a truly 5 Star experience with a warm, friendly feel.
My boyfriend and myself had a lovely stay here at Lyncroft B&B. Chris & Magda were excellent hosts serving a lovely breakfast each morning & couldn't do enough for you. Room had an excellent sea view and was very close to the beach. Will definitely be coming back....Olivia & Russ x
Amazing little B&B. Chris and Magda are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and the cooked breakfast options included each morning are delicious. They had great recommendations for things to do/see and places to eat nearby. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and have already booked to come back in the autumn. They're so lovely, they're even staying open a few extra days for us to book the place out for our guests to stay at for our wedding later this year.
5/5 as everything was perfect. For fisrt dog friendly place to stay but also walking distance to dog friendly and sandy beach. Magda and Chris your " happy place" is amazig place to stay. We enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay. We feel very lucky as we know we booked a last available room. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Chris and Magda provided a warm welcome upon arrival and immediately made us feel at home. They enjoy interacting with their guests and will happily provide advice if you are unfamiliar with the area and broader Cornwall district. We had an excellent stay at The Lyncroft Bed and Breakfast in Newquay. From start to finish, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, making it feel like a real home from home. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach, so it’s ideal if you want everything on your doorstep. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — freshly cooked to order every morning and absolutely delicious. It really set us up for the day ahead. If you’re looking for a welcoming, comfortable place to stay in Newquay, I can’t recommend The Lyncroft highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!
Absolutely fantastic place to stay, great hosts, very welcoming and perfect location. Plus a gorgeous breakfast in the morning. I can't recommend them and this place enough. Will definitely stay here again.
We had a lovely stay at the lyncroft. Chris and magda were very warm and welcoming. We stayed on the ground floor easy access for our doggie .The room was tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower too. The breakfast was just great and set you up for the day . I would highly recommend the Lyncroft. Very close to the town as well .
